We recently had the great opportunity to tour the Prato District located in the City of Tukwila with Segale Properties and serving member of our Board of Directors, Kathy Hougardy to further understand the scope and vision for this incredible site. It is the largest planned mixed-use district in Greater Seattle and offers 250 contiguous and developable acres and an unparalleled large-scale development opportunity. The Prato District is fully entitled for up to 10.3 million square feet of cohesively planned mixed uses, including Class A office, flex-tech, light manufacturing, multi-family, and retail, to name just a few.
