Greater Seattle Partners Expands Team to Support Next Phase of Growth
Greater Seattle Partners (GSP), the region’s public-private economic development organization, is expanding its leadership team to support continued growth, global investment, and increased regional impact. As the organization advances its mission to attract business, talent, and capital to the Greater Seattle region, GSP welcomes Annie Pardo as Executive Administrator & Operations Manager and Jacob Pavlik as Economic Development Manager, strengthening both operational execution and economic development capacity under the leadership of Interim President & CEO Rebecca Lovell.

Strengthening Operations and Organizational Excellence
As Executive Administrator & Operations Manager, Annie Pardo provides executive and operational support to Interim President & CEO Rebecca Lovell and Chief Economic Development Officer & Senior Vice President Josh Davis. Her role spans executive coordination, office and systems management, organizational development, and fundraising and financial support; ensuring GSP’s programs and partnerships run smoothly as the organization scales.
Annie brings more than 15 years of experience supporting executive leadership across Greater Seattle’s nonprofit, hospitality, and venture capital organizations, including Woodland Park Zoo, Visit Seattle, WestRiver Group, and Alaska Airlines. Her background in operations, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management positions her as a key enabler of GSP’s mission and day-to-day effectiveness.

Advancing Economic Development and Global Business Attraction
Jacob Pavlik joins Greater Seattle Partners as Economic Development Manager, reporting to Chief Economic Development Officer & Senior Vice President Josh Davis to advance international business attraction, market intelligence, and regional competitiveness initiatives.

Jacob has a strong background in commercial real estate research, market analysis, and public-sector collaboration, most recently serving as Research Manager at Colliers International in Seattle. His experience includes advising on major investment decisions, supporting site selection efforts, and producing data-driven insights to guide economic development strategy.
At GSP, Jacob will support international outreach, business recruitment, and regional positioning efforts, helping connect global companies with opportunities across the Greater Seattle region.
