Taiwan’s eNeural Technologies Establishes North American Headquarters in Bellevue, Washington

Edge AI company plans $3.5 million investment and 30 jobs in Greater Seattle over the next three years

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Greater Seattle Partners (GSP) today announced that Taiwan-based eNeural Technologies Americas, Inc., a leading embedded AI company delivering end-to-end software, silicon IP, and edge AI solutions, has established its North American headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.

The company has leased office space at 14205 SE 36th Street, Suite 100, Bellevue, and plans to invest approximately $3.5 million in the Greater Seattle region over the next three years. The expansion is expected to create approximately 30 local jobs, including more than 20 artificial intelligence engineering positions.

Founded in Taiwan, eNeural Technologies develops lightweight, low-power, self-learning AI solutions that enable advanced artificial intelligence capabilities directly on edge devices, reducing reliance on cloud infrastructure while improving performance, security, and efficiency. The company serves customers across logistics, transportation, smart city, and enterprise technology sectors.

“Greater Seattle offers a unique combination of world-class AI talent, global technology leadership, and proximity to key enterprise customers,” said Prof. Jiun-In Guo, Founder and Chairman of eNeural Technologies. “Establishing our North American headquarters in Bellevue – with strong support from the Washington State Department of Commerce and local government economic development partners across the Greater Seattle region – positions us close to leading enterprise technology companies, global logistics innovators, and strategic customers while providing access to one of the most innovative technology ecosystems in the world.”

The Bellevue office will serve as the company’s primary hub for customer engagement, strategic partnerships, business development, and advanced AI engineering across North America.

eNeural selected Greater Seattle for several strategic advantages, including proximity to major enterprise customers, access to a deep pool of AI and software engineering talent, and connections to the Pacific Northwest’s innovation ecosystem. The region’s concentration of technology companies and research institutions aligns closely with the company’s plans to scale advanced edge AI applications across commercial markets.

eNeural Technologies participated in Greater Seattle Partners’ SelectUSA Seattle Spinoff program in 2025, where the company was introduced to the region’s artificial intelligence and technology ecosystem, international connectivity assets, research institutions, and industry leaders. Through meetings, site visits, and regional briefings coordinated by GSP and its partners, eNeural gained insight into the competitive advantages that have made Greater Seattle one of North America’s leading centers for innovation and technology investment. The company’s Bellevue expansion represents a successful outcome of the region’s business attraction efforts and continued engagement with international companies evaluating U.S. expansion opportunities.

“Programs like SelectUSA Seattle Spinoff provide international companies with direct access to the people, places, and partnerships that make the Greater Seattle region a leading destination for investment,” said Shannon Braddock, President and CEO of Greater Seattle Partners. “We were pleased to welcome eNeural to the region in 2025 and are excited to see that engagement result in a long-term commitment here in Washington State.”

“We’re proud to welcome eNeural Technologies to Bellevue’s growing international innovation ecosystem. Their work in edge AI – bringing intelligence closer to where data is generated – reflects the kind of real-world problem solving that defines our region. Bellevue is proud to be a place where global companies can launch, grow and lead,” – said City of Bellevue Councilmember Dr. Lynne Robinson.

The company plans to focus its local hiring efforts on artificial intelligence engineers and technical professionals as it builds its U.S. operations. Looking ahead, eNeural envisions expanding its Bellevue office into a core edge AI research and development center, with the potential to support more than 500 employees over the next decade.

eNeural’s technology portfolio includes automated AI model optimization tools, edge-based self-learning platforms, ultra-low-power neural processing unit (NPU) silicon intellectual property, and enterprise-grade vision-language model (VLM) and large language model (LLM) solutions for private and secure deployment environments.

The company has received multiple industry recognitions, including the 2023 Most Leading-Edge Startup Award at the EE Awards Asia and the 2022 AI+ Startup Award from Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs. Founder Prof. Jiun-In Guo was also recognized among Elsevier’s World’s Top 2% Scientists from 2022 through 2024.
