GSP joined with the State of Washington and regional aerospace companies to take part in the 53rd International Paris Air Show, which showcased the largest delegation to date from our state at the Air Show. GSP developed an expert panel at the USA Pavilion entitled “Take Flight in Washington State”, supported by both AFA and PNAA to promote our region’s status as the premier global location for aerospace manufacturing.

Lt. Gov. Cyrus Habib, Washington State Commerce Director Lisa Brown, MagniX CEO Roei Ganzarski, and Richard Aboulafia with the Teal Group shared how aerospace original equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and workers can join Washington state’s aerospace supercluster. Aboulafia’s new 2019 Aerospace Competitive Economics Study ranked Washington first in the nation for aerospace competitiveness.

“Thank you Greater Seattle Partners,” said Washington State Lt. Gov. Cyrus Habib. “It’s wonderful for us in state government to have an entity in the nonprofit sector who works with us in collaboration to do trade promotion and foreign direct investment. We need both public and private partners working together.”
