Greater Seattle Partners Announces Promotion of Dr. Victoria DePalma to Research Director

Greater Seattle Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Victoria DePalma from Research Manager to Research Director. In her new role, Victoria will develop and lead GSP’s research strategy as the organization positions itself to be a leading and trusted resource for the region.

Victoria joined GSP in March 2024 and was instrumental in reimagining our website and enhancing our research capabilities in service of regional economic development. She launched “Uncommon Insights,” which includes long-form reports, industry and market maps, infographics, and short-form video content.

In her expanded role as Director, she will continue to elevate our offerings while focusing on capacity-building for our economic development partners.

“Victoria combines her own expertise with a commitment to innovation that has both transformed our offerings and furthered our goal to become the region’s go-to resource for economic data. We are tremendously fortunate to have her talent on the team and are excited to support her continued growth with us,” shares Rebecca Lovell, Greater Seattle Partners’ COO.

“I am honored to take on this new role and excited to spearhead research that will showcase and support the region,” said Victoria. “I also look forward to collaborating with regional partners to create data-based narratives that highlight the unique strengths and opportunities of our region.”
